Custom Training Solutions, CVSJ, Incorporated DBA Ingles CTS Tuition Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All tuition payments made to Custom Training Solutions (CTS) for the Inglés CTS program are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling in the program, the student acknowledges and agrees that:

Tuition reserves a seat in a scheduled class.

A BurlingtonEnglish license is purchased and assigned specifically to the student.

Instructional resources, administrative services, and course preparation begin immediately upon enrollment.

Accordingly, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be granted after enrollment for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Schedule conflicts

Failure to attend classes

Relocation

Employment changes

Personal circumstances

Lack of participation

Failure to complete the program

BurlingtonEnglish License

The BurlingtonEnglish license is assigned to the enrolled student upon activation and is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Class Attendance

Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes. Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or tuition credits.

Program Changes

CTS reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, delivery methods, or course dates as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Cancellation by CTS

If CTS cancels a program before instruction begins and is unable to provide a comparable replacement course within a reasonable time, students may receive a full refund of tuition paid.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to students under applicable federal or California law.

By completing enrollment and submitting payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

By checking the box in the checkout section, you have read and agree to the CTS Tuition Refund Policy. You understand that Your tuition is non-refundable after enrollment and that your BurlingtonEnglish license is non-refundable once assigned.
